| Real estate and investing has become my passion. Since 2000, I have personally bought and sold incredible amounts of property. Some I buy to rent, others to live in myself, others to re-hab and yet other pieces of land to hold onto. I have worked extremely hard during this time, but it has also been very financially rewarding. By taking full advantage of the tax benefits of owning real estate I have been able to take the knowledge that I have gained and pass that onto my clients as they proceed to buy homes and real estate investments. Nothing is more personally rewarding than re-selling a home for a past client for a substantial gain in a short period of time. |
| I work across the entire metro for my clients, including Wisconsin. I do not specialize in certain neighborhoods, as I feel there is so much available knowledge to be gained through the internet relating to market conditions and prices that I am able to effectively service my clients in whatever market they may choose. |
My business is based nearly entirely around referrals from my past clients. I do not spend my marketing dollars marketing myself, but rather, spend money marketing my client's homes that I have listed for sale. I do not force buyers or sellers into long listing contracts or buyer representation agreements. I feel that if I do a good job for my clients they will be happy to work with me for my knowledge not because I forced them to.
